  1. RED PILL WARNING!!! REALITY WARNING: : nice video, BUT you didn't showed the reality: …FIRST) this is not a typical Munich apartment! This is a new building. most of the buildings in Munich are old.
The rent of an (ONE ROOM) apartment even old one is currently around 1000 euros warm, which is sadly around (if you are lucky) what an internship salary is in Munich. So it means all your salary goes to the Apartment. Some company just pay 450euros :(.

Your ONE-ROOM apartment is new and stylish so i expect it to be way more than 1000 euros warm!
And actually i think i know this complex, and yes ONE ROOM apartments in that complex are way more than 1000 euros warm. This means you need to have money saved if you want to SURVIVE in Munich….. !

SECOND: in Munich the sky is usually GRAY πŸ™ πŸ™ and rainy and not sunny ! (even in summer, e,g. now in Mai is running since 2 weeks). So you probably you needed to wait a lot to make the video in a sunny day.

THIRD: You think the apartment is bigger than you expected? Its a BOX! its only ONE room.! A small room! There are prison cells bigger than that! A person gives away more than a1000 euros for a small BOX!. But unfortunately apartments in Munich are small!!

FOURTH : You forgot to mention in the video the STRUGGLE that it is to find an apartment. A person needs to visit a LOT of apartments and have TONS of documents ready to get an apartment.
I have to say that I find strange that you got that apartment with a internship salary.
Usually landlords want a salary above 2000 netto (recently i being told by many people they ask above 2500 netto) to even consider you to VISIT the apartment.
you will need to struggle with at least other THIRTYor more people that want the apartment. Usually students, and juniors and now days even junior-mid carrier's people (way into their beginning of thirties) live in shared apartments! So Sad πŸ™ . Similar to London πŸ™ .

  2. Very beautiful Appartement. I am also looking for same type of Appartement. Can you make a video on how to found Appartement in Munich? What is the price of your Appartement? Please guide me. I am subscribing your channel.

  3. Wow! Nice room. I'm currently living I nΓΌrnberg and doing an internship with a company based in munich. Would it be possible for you to share some info about the rent and accommodation company?? How did you find it?

  4. Great video and nice apartment! If you aren’t willing to share what the place is called, will you message me regarding that? I’m very interested in moving into one like this! 😊
