  1. His journey reminds me of mine. Started my cookie business at home due to the pandemic too. So this video just feels so familiar. And him prefers to make the dough by hand also makes me happy cause I do that as well!!

  2. Seeing the "Chocolate Chip Cookies Chef" makes me feel so happy and relieved (like a weight has just been lifted from me) bcs I make cookies and sell them online too, and I always felt like I'm not doing anything much even though I love it a lot.

  3. 🙋🏻‍♂️Hi Alvin! 0:36 I saw what I interpreted as "green algae" and I laughed and thought, "NO WAY!" 🤔 Then that got me thinking. ARE there algae cookies 🍪?!! I Googled. 😳😲 Zounds! There are! They're called "spirulina" cookies. 🤦🏻‍♂️🙆🏻‍♂️👌🏻Make these please. 🧬🧫🍪🔬

  4. Just wanna say, these "day in the life" videos makes me feel so grounded somehow. Like, the way I see how these chefs are doing what they do because they have passion for it and they do it because they want to fulfill something in their lives….makes me want to do the same thing.

  5. This was great, but they could use some tools/equipment, from my country. It would cut their time in almost half.
Especially the manual labor + mixing/oven time. And they would 100% still get the same product.
I hope they look into even more inspiration from over the sea. I wish them good luck, in their future cookie adventures.
    Sincerely a pastry chef.
